1. Operator
EscortPraha is run by EscortPraha, company ID , registered at (the “operator”). Contact: info@escortpraha.com.
Single point of contact for Member State authorities, the European Commission and users under Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on a Single Market for Digital Services (the “DSA”): abuse@escortpraha.com. We communicate in Czech and English.
2. What EscortPraha is
EscortPraha is an online advertising platform. The operator gives adult advertisers space to publish an ad and stores the content they upload themselves (a hosting service under Section 5 of Czech Act No. 480/2004 Coll. and Article 6 DSA).
The operator does not provide, arrange or broker any personal services or meetings, is not a party to any agreement between an advertiser and a visitor and receives no fee or share from such agreements. Payment for packages, boosts and banners is solely payment for publishing and promoting an ad and does not depend on whether, or with whom, the advertiser agrees anything.
3. Age
The site is for people aged 18 or over only. By entering you confirm that you are at least 18 and that viewing adult content is lawful for you.
4. Advertiser account
You need an account to advertise. Give true details when you sign up and keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity in your account. Accounts cannot be transferred.
Creating an account concludes a contract with the operator for using the service under these terms. You can end it at any time by deleting your account in the settings.
5. Advertiser declarations
By publishing an ad you declare that: you are at least 18; you advertise of your own free will and in your own name, and nobody else controls your ad, contacts or income; the photos and video show you, are recent and you hold all rights to them; the ad is true and breaks no law and no rights of others.
A venue may publish the profile only of an adult who expressly agrees to it and works voluntarily, and must prove this when the operator asks.
The advertiser is responsible for the content of the ad and must compensate the operator for any damage or third-party claim caused by it.
6. Prohibited content
The Ad rules, which form part of these terms, set out what is not allowed. In particular, any content involving people under 18, content suggesting coercion, human trafficking or pimping (Sections 168 and 189 of the Czech Criminal Code), other people’s photos and offers of illegal services or substances are prohibited.
7. Review and restrictions
Moderators review ads and photos before publication and may review them later. Automatic checks cover only technical file properties (format, size); a person always decides about content.
We may refuse, hide, edit or remove an ad that breaks these terms or the law, hide its contacts, suspend or close the account. We tell you about every such decision by e-mail with a statement of reasons under Article 17 DSA: what we restricted, why, on which rule or law, and how you can challenge it, unless telling you would hinder an investigation or the content is high-volume deceptive content.
You may complain about a decision within 6 months at abuse@escortpraha.com. A person other than the one who decided will review it and we will tell you the result. You may also turn to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under Article 21 DSA or to a court.
8. Notices of illegal content
Anyone can notify us of content they consider illegal with the “Report ad” button on the ad or by e-mail to abuse@escortpraha.com (Article 16 DSA). State which ad it is, why you think it is illegal, your e-mail and a statement that you are notifying in good faith. We confirm receipt and tell you the outcome.
Notices about possible minors, coercion or trafficking are handled first. If we learn of facts suggesting a criminal offence that threatens anyone’s life or safety, we report them to the Police of the Czech Republic without delay (Article 18 DSA).
9. Packages, credits and payments
A basic listing is free. As a temporary launch offer, every newly approved ad gets Diamond free for 30 days, and Elite free for 30 days once its photos are verified. We may end the offer at any time; packages already granted run to their end. Paid services are paid with credits: 1 credit = 1 CZK. You top up credits by bank transfer; they are added once the payment arrives. Current prices are shown in your account before every payment.
Credits are not money, bear no interest and cannot be transferred to another account. On request we refund unused credits to the account the payment came from, at the latest when you close your account.
We announce price changes on the site and by e-mail at least 14 days in advance. Packages already bought are not affected.
10. Withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of concluding it without giving a reason (Section 1829 of the Czech Civil Code) by e-mail to info@escortpraha.com. We will refund unused credits.
If you expressly ask for a package or boost to start immediately and were told that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal for a service already provided, you cannot withdraw from that service once it has been fully provided (Section 1837(a) of the Civil Code). For a service only partly provided you pay a proportionate part.
11. Complaints and disputes
Make complaints about the service by e-mail to info@escortpraha.com. We handle them without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest.
Consumers may settle a dispute out of court through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, ADR department, Štěpánská 15, 120 00 Prague 2, adr.coi.cz (Section 20d et seq. of Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on Consumer Protection).
12. Rights to content
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish your ad on EscortPraha for as long as it runs, including changes needed to publish it (resizing, cropping, watermark). The licence ends when the ad is deleted. The design, texts and brand of EscortPraha belong to the operator.
13. Operator liability
The operator is not responsible for the content of ads, for the conduct of advertisers or visitors, or for the course or outcome of any meeting. It removes illegal content without undue delay once it becomes aware of it. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site.
This does not affect consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.
14. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
We announce changes to registered users by e-mail at least 14 days in advance. You do not have to accept a change and may close your account before it takes effect; we will refund unused credits.
